A RARE .177 LINCOLN JEFFERIES PATENT AIR-PISTOL, serial no. 750,
circa 1925, with 9in. two-stage rifled barrel, dove-tailed fore-sight, notch rear-sight, the top-flat of breech stamped 'THE LINCOLN AIR PISTOL' and the right hand side 'BEST ENGLISH MAKE', steeply slanted air-chamber forming the grip, side-bar barrel release, the cocking link forming the trigger-guard with take-down screw at front to allow the pistol to 'fold', web of grip marked 'PATT No. 121277' and the serial number, traces of blued finish throughout
